Today, we celebrate fathers, grandfathers, father figures, and all those who have embraced the role of a father through their love, sacrifice, guidance, and unwavering support. We also honor the mothers, guardians, and family members who have courageously carried both parental roles, providing strength, care, and stability for their loved ones.

At para sa mga inang naging ama rin, mga lolo’t lola, kapatid, kamag-anak, at tagapag-alagang tumayong haligi ng tahanan sa panahon ng pangangailangan—ang pagmamahal at dedikasyong ipinakita ninyo ay hindi matatawaran.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: UPang produces two fresh CPAs in May 2026 CPALE

On June 2, the Professional Regulation Commission released the May 2026 Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination (CPALE), recording a total of 3,004 out of 9,745 (30.83%) successfully passed the said examination.

PHINMA University of Pangasinan (UPang) Main minted 2 new Certified Public Accountants, yielding 25.00 percent passing rate which underperformed the national average.

Moreover, UPang logged a 100 percent for first time takers and 25.00 percent overall, topping the national rates of 33.51 percent for first timers and declining the 30.85 percent for overall takers.

The Accountancy Licensure Exam took place on May 24-26, 2026 across 16 testing centers nationwide including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Overseeing the exam is the Board of Accountancy, chaired by Noe G. Quiñanola with Vice-Chairman Samuel B. Padilla, and members Gloria T. Baysa, Thelma S. Ciudadano, Gervacio I. Piator, and Maria Teresita Z. Dimaculangan.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗗𝗔 𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🌟

The College of Management and Accountancy Student Council (CMASC), together with its Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), took part in 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, joining fellow volunteers in preparing schools for learning and helping create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for the upcoming school year.

𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐍 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄𝐓: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧 2026 ✨

On 𝗠𝗮𝘆 14, 2026, the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 proudly participated in the Imis Tan Liket Community Outreach Caravan held at 𝗣𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁, 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

With the theme “𝘐𝘴𝘢, 𝘋𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘸𝘢, 𝘛𝘢𝘵𝘭𝘰, 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘐𝘱𝘰𝘯 𝘕𝘢 𝘈𝘬𝘰,” the council conducted an engaging financial literacy session for Grade 1 pupils, teaching the importance of money, saving, and understanding needs versus wants through interactive discussions, games, songs, and activities.

More than sharing knowledge, the event fostered meaningful connections, laughter, and learning while promoting service, teamwork, and compassion within the community. 💛
