On this momentous day, we gathered together to mark the successful completion of our project. A heartfelt thank you to Barangay admin Sir Marvin Magsano for being the representative of Hon. Mark Fiel C. Gomez, Barangay Captain of Tebeng and our esteemed NSTP instructor Ma'am Theresa Bianzon for gracing us with their presence. Your support and guidance have been invaluable.

We would also like to extend our deepest appreciation to the incredible beneficiaries, especially the remarkable Mrs. Amalia V. Wong, for their active involvement and unwavering support. Without your enthusiasm and dedication, our achievements would not have been possible. During the program, we were delighted to present gifts to the beneficiaries as a token of our gratitude. Witnessing their smiles and gratitude was truly heartwarming.

Let's not forget to applaud the hardworking NSTP students and our exceptional project leader, Ms. Realyn Laguinlin. Their vision, dedication, and tireless efforts are a testament to the tagline, 'Be blessed and be a blessing to others.'

As we celebrate the culmination of our collective efforts, let us remember that by working together, we can create a brighter and more compassionate world.

Adapting and making a positive change!

On our 4th day of project implementation, we couldn't meet with our beneficiaries, but we embraced the saying, 'Where there's a will, there's a way.' We organized a feeding program to show our commitment to helping others. Together, let's be the change we wish to see in the world.

16 May, 2024 • Project Implementation

3 days into our project and we're already achieving great things! Today, the beneficiaries were taught how to remove fish bones from the Bangus and preparing the delicious Bangus Pastil. The production committee led the way. Together, we're making a difference! As the proverb says, 'Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.' Let's work hand in hand to uplift our community!

15 May, 2024 • Project Implementation

After the production committee, together with Nanay Amalia and our beneficiaries, made another batch of Bangus Pastil, the marketing committee sold the Bangus Pastil wrapped in banana leaves by going around Brgy. Tebeng and sold the Bangus Pastil in jars online. With this, they were able to sell all of the Bangus Pastil made on the same day of the second day of project implementation. Indeed, the quote from the Tanzanian Proverb was right: "Little by little, a little becomes a lot."

Day 2 of our project implementation in Brgy. Tebeng, Dagupan City was filled with meaningful activities and unexpected turns. Our production team guided our beneficiaries in mastering the art of making 'bangus pastil,' sharing skills and promoting empowerment. Meanwhile, the finance team shared important insights on costing, discussing the pros and cons to ensure sustainable practices. Despite an unexpected afternoon rain, the NSTP students remained unfazed, showing perseverance and dedication. Special thanks to Nanay Amalia V. Wong for always guiding and helping us. It was a long day, but every moment was worth it. As we continue our journey tomorrow, let us remember: 'Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much.' - Helen Keller ♡

The NSTP students from BS Accountancy Block-C didn't mind the high heat index that Dagupan City is now experiencing. If it's for the best, then they're good, because as they say, "𝘒𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘢𝘯". A job well done!

We're back!

After a long break, we're thrilled to update you on our progress with this project. Our community immersion journey with '𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑱𝑬𝑪𝑻 𝑮𝑨𝑰𝑵' began on April 30 in Barangay Tebeng, Dagupan City. We cleaned and prepared the room for our project. We're excited for this beginning and hopeful for its continuation. Join us on this journey – as they say, "𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐩𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐧𝐚."
