Tayo Para sa Edukasyon, Sama-sama sa Brigada Eskwela!

On June 4, 2025, the Deped Dagupan City Division Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) convened to discuss and facilitate the procurement activity in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The meeting was presided over by the BAC Chairperson, Anna Liza Chan, and was attended by the BAC members, including the BAC Secretariat and the Technical Working Group (TWG).

The agenda included the review and approval of procurement documents, evaluation of submitted quotations/bids, and discussion of timelines for the completion of the procurement process.

The Committee ensured that all procedures observed were transparent, competitive, and compliant with relevant laws and guidelines. All decisions and recommendations made during the meeting were duly recorded in the minutes.

This activity forms part of the office's commitment to promote accountability and efficiency in the use of public funds.
