Due to continuous high water levels and flooding caused by high tide, the Sinocalan River swelling, and upstream water flow making several roads impassable in Dagupan City, face-to-face classes at ALL LEVELS (Public & Private) are SUSPENDED tomorrow, August 12, 2026, as per Executive Order No. 47, s. 2026.
