Iniisip talaga ni Acting City Mayor Dean Bryan Kua ang kapakanan ng bawat estudyante. Alam niyang marami na ang excited nang makabalik sa face-to-face classes.

Pero sa kanyang pag-inspeksyon ngayong umaga sa Bacayao Sur, personal niyang nakita ang malakas na pagdaloy ng tubig papasok sa Dagupan mula sa mga karatig-bayan. Sa kasalukuyan, nasa 6.80 MASL o ALERT LEVEL ang Sinocalan River, at posible pa itong tumaas dahil sa tuloy-tuloy na pag-ulan at pag-agos ng tubig mula sa matataas na lugar.

Ang unang inisip ni Big Kuya ay ang kaligtasan ng bawat estudyante, lalo na ang mga kailangang bumiyahe mula sa malalayong barangay at mga lugar na maaaring bahain.

Kaya't para sa bukas, Sabado, August 8, suspendidong muli ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas sa Dagupan City. Maaaring ipagpatuloy ng mga paaralan ang online, modular, o iba pang alternatibong paraan ng pag-aaral alinsunod sa kanilang mga patakaran.
