Sa loob ng isang taong panunungkulan, ang 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗪: 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘆𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗶 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 ay nagsilbing boses, katuwang, at lingkod ng mga mag-aaral. Hindi man naging madali ang bawat hakbang, nanatili itong tapat sa adhikaing magsulong ng makabuluhang pamumuno at paglilingkod.

Sa pagsasabuhay ng mantra na “𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘪𝘴𝘢, 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘮, 𝘔𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘈𝘕𝘎𝘓𝘈𝘞” naging gabay ang pakikiisa sa kapwa mag-aaral, pakikilahok sa mahahalagang usapin, at pagkilos para sa ikabubuti ng nakararami.

Higit sa mga programang naisakatuparan at mga tungkuling nagampanan, ang pinakamahalagang iniwan ng TANGLAW ay ang mga ugnayang nabuo, mga aral na natutuhan, at mga alaalang magiging bahagi ng kasaysayan ng organisasyon.

Sa pagtatapos ng kabanatang ito, iniiwan ng 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗪: 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘆𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗶 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 ang mga bakas ng paglilingkod na magsisilbing gabay sa mga susunod na tatahak sa landas na ito. Nananatili ang pag-asang magpapatuloy ang adhikaing maglingkod nang may puso, layunin, at malasakit. 💫✨

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Para’d Sika: An Outreach Program for the Transportation Sector 🚙🚦

Last May 5–9, a donation drive for Para’d Sika: An Outreach Program for the Transportation Sector was conducted at the Students’ Plaza to gather additional essentials for the beneficiaries. Several student donors extended their support by contributing primary goods such as sacks of rice, grocery items, and monetary donations for the initiative.

Student organizations such as LEAPS and TANGLAW also donated boxes of grocery items, while members of the PHINMA National Completion Team contributed bundles of bottled water for the beneficiaries.

On May 11, during LeadCamp, the beneficiaries of Para’d Sika—who are parents of fellow PHINMA UPang students—received sacks of rice and gas subsidies through the support and partnership of Centrum Fuel, especially during these trying times when gas prices continue to rise.

A Memorandum of Agreement was also signed between Centrum Fuel and PHINMA University of Pangasinan to further strengthen the partnership and continue supporting initiatives for the transportation sector. The agreement was signed by the SSC, the University COO and ACOO, CSDL Director, and a representative from Centrum Fuel, with the college deans present as witnesses.

Through the collective efforts of the student body and partner institutions, the initiative became a meaningful way of extending assistance and appreciation to members of the transportation sector who continuously serve the community. ✨

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Daluyon: Lead Camp 2026 🌊

Last May 11, Day 1 of Daluyon: Lead Camp 2026 gathered both incoming and incumbent student leaders for a shared start centered on growth, reflection, and collaboration. Discussions and activities focused on leadership formation, academic responsibility, and service, reinforcing the university’s vision of developing purpose-driven individuals. 💫

Anchored in the Pangasinan word “Daluyon,” meaning waves, the program reflects leadership that is continuous, purposeful, and capable of creating lasting impact through steady movement and collective strength.

Through interactive sessions, breakout discussions, and collaborative activities, student leaders were able to reflect, learn, and grow in preparation for the upcoming academic year. ✨

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Daluyon: Lead Camp 2026 🌊

During the Day 1 of Daluyon: Lead Camp 2026 last May 11, the afternoon breakout sessions per organization provided student leaders with a focused space to engage in meaningful discussions and planning. Each organization was able to revisit their goals, share insights, and align their initiatives for the upcoming academic year.

Through these sessions, student leaders strengthened coordination and clarified their direction as organizations. It also allowed them to reflect on their roles and responsibilities in contributing to the university community.

Day 1 of Daluyon: Lead Camp 2026 officially begins today, bringing together incoming and incumbent student leaders for a day of learning, collaboration, and reflection.

The morning started with registration and preliminaries, followed by opening spiels, ice breakers, discussions on completion and success, school priorities for AY 2026–2027, the MLOB Module, and the PARA’d Sika Outreach Program, including the distribution of goods for its beneficiaries and the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with Centrum Fuel.

As the first day of the camp, it sets the tone for the days ahead, guiding student leaders through shared learning and purposeful engagement. Through every session and activity, participants are encouraged to grow in leadership that is steady, consistent, and rooted in service to others.

This reflects the meaning of “daluyon” or waves in leadership—continuous, grounded, and capable of creating lasting impact over time. 🧭
