๐๐ Closing Ceremony and Celebration of International Partnership
The Indonesia Immersion Program concluded with a heartfelt closing ceremony, celebrating a remarkable journey of learning, cultural exchange, and international collaboration between the University of Luzon and Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu.
Students, faculty members, and institutional representatives gathered to reflect on the knowledge gained, friendships formed, and unforgettable experiences shared throughout the program. The ceremony highlighted the transformative impact of international education in broadening perspectives, enhancing professional competencies, and fostering meaningful cross-cultural connections.
A symbolic exchange of tokens between the two institutions served as a testament to the mutual respect, gratitude, and enduring partnership that has been strengthened through this collaborative endeavor. More than a ceremonial gesture, it reflected a shared commitment to academic excellence, global engagement, and the advancement of healthcare education.

๐ฉบ๐ Expert Lecture on Diabetic Foot Management in Indonesia
As part of the Indonesia Immersion Program, participants attended an insightful expert lecture on Diabetic Foot Management, further enhancing their clinical knowledge and understanding of evidence-based nursing practice.
The session provided an in-depth discussion on the pathophysiology of diabetic foot complications and emphasized the importance of comprehensive assessment, early intervention, and preventive care in reducing the risks of infection, ulceration, and amputation among individuals living with diabetes.
Expert speakers shared current best practices in wound management, patient education, risk assessment, and multidisciplinary approaches to care, highlighting the critical role of healthcare professionals in improving patient outcomes. Students gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by individuals with diabetes and learned strategies to promote self-care, prevent complications, and enhance quality of life.
The lecture served as a meaningful learning experience that reinforced the importance of lifelong learning, evidence-based practice, and continuous professional development in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered healthcare.
