Qualifications
- Filipino Citizens
- Residents of District IV (Dagupan City, San Fabian, Mangaldan, San Jacinto and Manaoag
- Bio photo with photo
- Photocopy of Valid ID
- Must not be a current beneficiacy of other government
- At least 15 years old of age at the tine he / she finishes the training program
- Beneficiaries endorsed by PESO
- Must be high school / senior high school / college graduate / ALS Graduate. High school diploma or transcript of records in college.
The scholarship is based on a first come first served basis.
