See you at our Freshmen Welcome Program at 9:00-12:00 NN and at the Freshmen Night, 6:30-10:30 PM both on September 16, 2022. at our L-NU Gymnasium.

BACK-TO-BACK WELCOME EVENTS FOR YOU FRESHIES!

See you at our Freshmen Welcome Program at 9:00-12:00 NN and at the Freshmen Night, 6:30-10:30 PM both on September 16, 2022. at our L-NU Gymnasium.

For the Freshmen, please be guided:

1. All FRESHMEN STUDENTS are REQUIRED to attend the Welcome Program.

2. NO-TICKET-NO ENTRY will be strictly implemented during Freshmen Night. Tickets will be available at the L-NUCSG Office starting Wednesday afternoon, September 14, 2022, for FREE. A schedule will be posted on the L-NUCSG Page for the claiming per department.

3. Only the following will be allowed to secure a ticket and attend the event:

a. Freshmen Students
b. One (1) Faculty Adviser to look per program (Deans and Heads are required to assign one).
c. L-NUCSG Officers
d. Governors and Presidents of Student Organizations.
e. Working Committee

4. All attendees must wear CASUAL OUTFITS abiding by the theme: BLACK AND WHITE PARTY. Students may wear pure black, pure white, or combination. REVEALING CLOTHES are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance to the dress code will not be allowed entry.

5. Validation of tickets will be screened starting from the MAIN CAMPUS GATE which will start at 5:00 PM on the day of the program.

6. No DRINKS AND FOODS allowed inside the venue.

7. The SECURITY COMMITTEE reserves the right to ALLOW AND DISALLOW ENTRY.

8. Freshmen Night starts at 6:30 PM and will end at 10:00 PM only.

9. FACE MASKS will still be required.
