Communication is one of the most important form for social interaction. And as we explore more into the newly advance technologies, this makes our communication with other people more broadly and diversely. People tend to forget that ICT greatly contributes as to how we interact with people online. ICT helps people to stay in touch with their loved ones even though they're far away from each other with apps like Messenger or Viber. We can know what's their situation by just a click of a button instead of tirelessly writing down letters here and there knowing that the letter may not reach to the other person. ICT can also helps you to make friends online without even getting to go outside. ICT can also helps you get entertain with hundreds of memes and videos online. ICT greatly affected our social change from exchanging letters, to having video calls. This helps to make our communication with other people faster and more efficiently.

As we continue our journey in this world, let us contribute even a little to Social Change. Through properly using the Internet, let us spread awareness and make this society a better place.

Social media refers to communication techniques where users create, distribute, and/or exchange ideas and knowledge through virtual communities and networks. Social media enables us to maintain constant contact with loved ones around the globe through email, SMS, FaceTime, etc. However, there is also terrible along with the good. It's crucial to be aware of privacy concerns when using social media. Personal information and data can be easily accessed and used by malicious actors or companies for unauthorized purposes. Despite all of its advantages, social media has a number of potential issues. The use of social media can contribute to the spread of hate speech and extremism, particularly if users encounter extremist content or misinformation. This can result in identity theft, financial fraud, or even psychological manipulation. It is important to be aware of the addictive nature of social media, as well as its impact on our attention spans and ability to focus. Constant exposure to notifications and updates can result in information overload and distract from more important tasks and responsibilities. Social media itself is not the problem. It is the manner in which It is the manner in which people nowadays especially teenagers spending to much time on so social media that they forgot the danger when posting too much information.

The internet gives us the freedom to do whatever we want, but we still need to remind ourselves to use it responsibly. The genuine answer is to "Think before you click". Before taking any action, we should carefully weight the advantages and disadvantages of the circumstance.

Sociotech aims to prevent internet users, in particular teenagers, from overexposing themselves on social networking sites or other forms of social media. A single click has the power to destroy your life. Since you no longer have authority over a photograph once you post it to the internet, it may be duplicated, changed, and used without your permission in other contexts. Therefore, when using the internet, we need to safeguard ourselves.

Although Internet is convenient to people, especially to students, there are factors that affect the safety of those who use it. Internet can access your information especially if you reveal it online. Hence, this will affect our safety in using the Internet. In order for us to be safe while using the Internet, we have to know what Internet Security is. Internet security is a broad term that refers to a wide range of tactics that aim to protect activities conducted over the internet.

SocioTech provides ways to maintain Internet Security through our outputs. Join us in spreading awareness about how to maintain our safety in using the Internet.

Women, men, trans and gender diverse people, children and families are all affected by Gender Inequality. As time goes by, gender becomes a serious hot topic. Discrimination arises, inequality is visibly seen, and our communities become much more unpleasant. If this unfairness continues to happen, everyone, not just the transgender and women, but all of us will be vastly affected.

That is why we have to move and contribute to spread awareness about Gender Equality. Just simply by making posters that promote Gender Equality, and posting it on social media, you will contribute to Social Change.
