𝙎𝙈𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋𝙎, 𝘽𝙄𝙂 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙏𝙎 🌏🌱

Beyond the circuits and codes, the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻 believe in building systems that last—including our environment. Last April 27, 2026, we traded our keyboards for shovels to launch “𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰: 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞” in 𝘽𝙧𝙜𝙮. 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙤, 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙤 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣.

In partnership with the LGU of Calasiao, we didn't just plant trees; we planted a commitment to nurture and monitor these fruit-bearing saplings as they grow alongside our community.

The School of Engineering of Universidad de Dagupan brought minds together and ignited brilliance during its Knowledge Festival held on February 24, 2026 at Leisure Coast Resort. ✨⚙️
With students from Computer, Civil, Electronics, and Electrical Engineering participating in the exciting Quiz Bee, the event became a celebration of intellect, teamwork, and the true spirit of innovation. Each team demonstrated critical thinking, confidence, and the determination that defines future engineers.

The highlight of the event was the inspiring talk on Technopreneurship delivered by Engr. Jerky C. Meneses, Senior Consulting Specialist and Technical Lead at San Miguel Information Technology, Inc.. His insights challenged students to see engineering beyond technical skills — as a pathway to innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

A technopreneur is an engineer who transforms ideas into impactful technologies, creates solutions that serve communities, and turns innovations into sustainable ventures. It reminds us that someday, we can become not only builders of systems but also founders of startups, leaders of industries, and pioneers of change.

More than a competition, the Knowledge Festival was a reminder that engineering is about collaboration, perseverance, creativity, and the courage to build something that can shape the future. 💡🚀

The Computer Engineering Student Society (CESS), together with fellow engineering programs and other academic courses, actively participated in the Robotics Seminar filled with learning, discovery, and excitement. Through the dynamic booths prepared by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its valued partners, students explored groundbreaking technologies and showcased their own innovative ideas.

From impressive thesis designs and advanced robotics demonstrations to cutting-edge 3D printing technologies and even tremendous food experiences, the event became a vibrant hub of knowledge and creativity. It was more than a seminar—it was a powerful gathering of future innovators, engineers, and changemakers ready to shape tomorrow through science and technology. ✨
