IN THE NEWS | Feast of Our Lady of La Salette 💙🤍

The Senior High School students of Escuela de Nuestra Señora de La Salette were among those who joyfully took part in the celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of La Salette on September 19, 2026.

The celebration brought together the La Salettian community in a meaningful expression of faith, unity, and devotion to Our Lady of La Salette. Through their participation, our Senior High School learners had the opportunity to deepen their appreciation of the La Salettian heritage and live out the values of faith, compassion, reconciliation, and service.

We are grateful for the presence and active participation of our Senior High School students, whose enthusiasm and reverence added meaning to this special celebration.

May the message of Our Lady of La Salette continue to inspire our young La Salettians to live with faith, serve with compassion, and be instruments of reconciliation in their community.

SAFETY ADVISORY: ENHANCED SECURITY PLAN DRILL

To our beloved La Salette School Community,

Your safety and preparedness are our utmost priority. As part of our continuous effort to maintain a secure and resilient school environment, La Salette School is conducting an Enhanced Security Plan Drill for the entire campus.

This drill is designed to familiarize everyone with proper procedures in the event of an active attack or active shooter situation, and to strengthen our coordination with relevant authorities.

We are grateful for the active participation and support of:
• Philippine National Police (PNP)
• Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)
• Department of Education (SDO Dagupan City)

DATE: September 22, 2026 (Tuesday)
VENUE: La Salette Campus (Whole School)

Please review the attached safety reminders and prepare yourselves for this important exercise. A safer school community is a stronger community.

With hearts full of FAITH, HOPE and GRATITUDE, we come together as one La Salettian community to honor our Blessed Mother, who calls us to conversion, prayer and reconciliation. May her loving presence guide us to live lives grounded in Virtue and Wisdom, and inspire us to become true Leaders and Achievers for God and Nation.

Escuela de Nuestra Señora de La Salette invites the school community to an important Enhanced Security Orientation facilitated by the Dagupan City Police Station (PNP)!
This session is part of our continuing efforts to strengthen school security, safety awareness, emergency preparedness, and coordinated response within our school community.

A positive school environment begins with every student's choice to care, respect, and support others. The recently concluded Guidance Counseling Talk by Mrs. Clarissa G. Malong, Wellness Associate, equipped learners with valuable knowledge on recognizing bullying, responding appropriately, and managing the pressures of student life.

For Grade 11 – St. Agnes, Grade 12 - St. Charles Borromeo, and St. Aloysious Gonzaga, this meaningful learning experience strengthened not only their awareness but also their commitment to promoting empathy, resilience, and responsible decision-making. Together, we are stronger than any challenge.

Malong, Wellness Associate, inspired learners to become compassionate individuals who stand against bullying and prioritize emotional wellness while pursuing academic excellence.

Education flourishes in an environment where kindness, understanding, and resilience are practiced every day. Through the meaningful Guidance Counseling Talk facilitated by Mrs. Clarissa G. Malong, Wellness Associate, students learned practical ways to respond to bullying and effectively manage academic pressure with confidence and positivity.

The students of Grade 11 – St. Gemma Galgani and Grade 12 - St. Joan of Arc were encouraged to become instruments of encouragement and respect within the school community. Together, let us continue building a culture where everyone feels accepted, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Be still and know that I am God.” ~Psalm 46:10

Amid the WEATHER DISTURBANCES, rising FLOODWATERS, and the uncertainty they bring, we are reminded to BE STILL and TRUST. When roads become impassable and routines are disrupted, we are called to LET GO of our fears and LET GOD take control. In our stillness, we find HIS PRESENCE; in our surrender, we discover HIS PEACE; and in our faith, we receive HIS STRENGTH. Even in these challenging times, we hold on to the truth that GOD IS IN CONTROL and HE WILL MAKE A WAY.

As we continue our journey together, let us choose FAITH over fear, HOPE over doubt and LOVE over worry. Let us lift one another, pray for one another and walk with COURAGE knowing that we are never alone. May our hearts remain CALM, our minds be at PEACE and our spirits be FILLED WITH TRUST in HIM who holds our tomorrow. 🙏💗😊
