Campus Bible Month Celebration 2026
January 22, 2026 | University of Luzon
With hearts open to faith and service, the University of Luzon community meaningfully celebrated the Campus Bible Month Celebration 2026 at the Multi-Purpose Hall, guided by the theme “God’s Word Brings LIFE to Our Hearts and Homes” (Love, Integrity, Faith, and Engagement). The event was successfully organized through the collaboration of the University of Luzon Campus Youth Ministry (CYM) and the College of Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy and Biology, bringing together students, faculty, and staff in prayer, reflection, and creative expression.
The celebration formally began with the Arrival and Registration, followed by Roll Call and Animation, fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This was solemnly followed by the Opening Ceremony, highlighted by the Bible Enthronement, Gospel Reading, and Opening Prayer led by the CYM Members, setting a reverent tone and reminding everyone of the centrality of God’s Word in the life of the academic community.
Thereafter, the participants were officially welcomed through the Opening Remarks delivered by Prof. Tzarita Marie P. Mayo, Dean of the College of Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy and Biology and Host of University-Wide Activities A.Y. 2025–2026. This was followed by the Catechetical Input on the theme provided by Sr. Emily Ejago, POIC, which deepened the participants’ understanding of how Scripture brings life, guidance, and values into both personal and communal spaces.
The academic and creative segment of the program then commenced with Contest Proper Part I, held simultaneously in designated venues across the campus:
