𝗠𝗮𝗰 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝘇, representative from the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 (𝗗𝗢𝗘), last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, discussed the establishment of the center for affiliated renewable energy and energy efficiency and conservation (CARE) Facility.
