🌍 CCMS Strengthens Global ICT Competency Through Continued TOPCIT Participation

The College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (CCMS) proudly celebrates another milestone as its students participate in the Test Of Practical Competency in IT (TOPCIT), marking the 6th consecutive TOPCIT examination since 2023.

Since joining the program in 2023, CCMS has consistently participated in every TOPCIT examination cycle, reflecting the College's unwavering commitment to developing globally competitive ICT professionals. Through continuous participation, students are provided with opportunities to benchmark their practical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and industry-ready competencies against international standards.

TOPCIT serves as a globally recognized assessment that evaluates essential ICT competencies in areas such as Software Development, Data Management, System Architecture and Information Security, and IT Business. More than an examination, it is a platform that prepares students to meet the evolving demands of the digital workforce and strengthens their readiness for careers in the global technology industry.

🏆 Out of more than 𝟱𝟵 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 from across the Philippines, our team emerged as one of the 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦 at the Build on Stellar Philippines Demo Day — and will now represent the Philippines on July 24, 2026 against the top teams from Vietnam and Indonesia. 🇵🇭🇻🇳🇮🇩

This milestone is a testament to the countless hours of hard work, innovation, perseverance, and teamwork that brought 𝗣𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥 – 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to life, showcasing our vision of a more inclusive financial future through the Stellar ecosystem.
