Mabini Colleges Supreme Student Council

“𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿” a student-led initiative the Mabini Colleges Supreme Student Council, with the support of the coordinating councils of Mabini Colleges, Inc., successfully brought together Mabinian students in a meaningful day of learning, awareness, and advocacy.

Held last 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜., the activity highlighted the importance of 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐈𝐕 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 through insightful and evidence-based discussions. For the Mental Health Awareness session, 𝐑𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌. 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐚, 𝐑𝐍 shared valuable professional insights that helped deepen students’ understanding and break misconceptions and stigma surrounding mental health. Meanwhile, the HIV Awareness session was delivered by 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐒. 𝐀𝐩𝐮𝐲𝐚, 𝐑𝐍, 𝐌𝐀𝐍 who provided important and accurate information on HIV prevention, education, and the importance of open and informed discussions .

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫, 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
