CNSHS INSET 2026 | Strengthening Teaching and Learning Through Continuous Professional Development

Two days of learning, sharing, reflecting, and a little bit of fun—because professional growth is always better when we grow together.

Camarines Norte Senior High School successfully conducted its 2-Day In-Service Training (INSET) 2026 on September 10–11, 2026, featuring relevant and practical sessions on Designing Authentic Performance Tasks, Lesson Planning, Localization and Contextualization, The Art of Questioning, Gender and Development, Anti-Bullying, and Teacher Practice.

Our sincere appreciation to our dedicated resource speakers from CNSHS: Jenina S. Lim, Dr. Julia Tessa A. Lastrella, MTI, Marivic A. Babala, Jobeth A. Magdasoc, Princess Noli Gardoña, and Marjorie Joy N. Relavo, and to our guest resource speaker, Pamela D. Guzman, MTI of Batobalani National High School, for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and meaningful insights.

Special thanks to Camarines Norte National High School for graciously accommodating our INSET activities.

More than a training, INSET 2026 was a reminder that great teaching is a continuous journey—one strengthened by learning from one another, trying new things, and growing together.

A Celebration of Excellence and Collaboration

Camarines Norte Senior High School proudly celebrates an exemplary achievement in the pursuit of valuable and quality School-Based Management (SBM) best practices during the 7th Regional Assembly of SBM Practitioners held on September 10, 2026, at the DepEd Regional Office, Rawis, Legazpi City.

Adding to this milestone, CNSHS was honored with the Outstanding Stakeholder Engagement Award, a testament to the school’s strong commitment to meaningful partnerships and collaborative school governance.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedicated leadership of our School Head, Ma’am Magnolia B. De Mesa, the hard work and commitment of our faculty and personnel, and most especially, the unwavering support of our stakeholders, parents, and students.

CNSHS also extends its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Renita Abraham, PSDS, Atty. Niño Raro, Chief SGOD, and Sir Crestito Morcilla, SDS, and the entire Schools Division Office of Camarines Norte for its continued guidance and support.

This recognition is a celebration of what we can achieve when a school and its community work together toward a shared vision of quality education and continuous improvement.

SPTA KABALIKAT: Sustaining Stakeholders’ Engagement through Monthly SPTA-Led School Improvement Activities was officially launched with the participation of our parents, school personnel, students, community partners, alumni, and other stakeholders.

For the launching activity, we were grateful to have the Rotaract Club of Daet as one of our partners. They generously donated hygiene kits and joined our clean-up drive, making the activity more meaningful and reflective of the spirit of volunteerism and partnership.

The project will run from August 2026 to April 2027, with the SPTA leading various activities throughout the school year. Through this initiative, we hope to strengthen the culture of volunteerism, partnership, and shared responsibility while building stronger connections among the school, families, and the wider community.

SPTA KABALIKAT is a reminder that meaningful school improvement becomes possible when we work together and share our time, effort, and resources for the benefit of our learners and our community.

The SGC Reorientation, Reorganization, and Strategic Planning held on August 21, 2026 brought together former student leaders, former SPTA officers, SSLG and SPTA representatives, community leaders, faculty, staff, and the school administration in a shared commitment to the continued growth and success of our school.

Congratulations to the newly elected SGC officers. May your leadership inspire stronger collaboration and meaningful initiatives for the entire school community. Together, we move forward with one goal—working hand in hand for a better Camarines Norte Senior High School.

Camarines Norte Senior High School proudly celebrates your achievement of winning 2nd Place in Digital Art at the recently concluded SARAILIKHA 2026 People’s Choice Award, inititiated by DOST-Bicol, held on August 16, 2026.

Through the theme, “SARAILikha: Where Science Meets Creativity,” Jay Lord showcased his talent and creativity with his illustration, Seeds of Tomorrow: Illuminating Agriculture Through Science and Innovation. His work reflects a thoughtful vision of how science and innovation can help shape the future of agriculture.
