𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧 2026 𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐂

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗘. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗮, Sports Editor of The Forthright, brought national honor to Camarines Norte Senior High School (CNSHS) after securing 4𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 in 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 (𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆) during the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐂) 2026 held in Ormoc City, Leyte, on April 13–17.

Baroga represented not only the Schools Division of Camarines Norte but also carried the banner of the entire Bicol Region, demonstrating competence and depth in sports writing throughout the national competition.

He was also chosen to be part of the new set of officers of the National Secondary Editors Guild as Board of Director for Region V, formally taking his oath alongside other campus journalists during the event.

His accomplishment was shaped by the dedicated mentorship of his Coach and School Paper Adviser (SPA), Ma’am Marivic A. Babala; Mr. Jason N. Bargo, Division Sports Writing Trainer; and the steadfast support of the School Head of CNSHS, Ma’am Lei De Mesa. He also credits the encouragement of his family and friends, all of whom contributed to his preparation for the event.

True to its name, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 continues to uphold integrity and truth in every story told! 💚

From March 1–31, 2026, CNSHS proudly joins the celebration of National Women’s Month, championing the strength, wisdom, and leadership of women in our community and beyond.

This year’s celebration carries forward the recurring campaign theme “WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society,” reminding us that gender equality is not just about women, but about women and everyone working together for meaningful change.

As CamSTEM’s learners, educators, families, and partners, let’s honor the legacy of women leaders of the past and inspire the next generation to lead with courage, creativity, and compassion.
