o To engage in a nationwide operation of an educational technical institution that trains, educates and equip Filipinos by providing them with technical and professional training in the field of science, information technology, hospitality management, language, health and business administration, and by developing their skills via short-term training programs geared towards meeting the global requirements for technically skilled manpower with magnitude and level of competence needed by the industry. o To reach out to all sectors of society in providing and promoting research and livelihood. o To provide fellowships and scholarships for qualified and deserving students. o To provide vocational training to adult Filipino citizens and out-of-school youths. o To produce highly competitive and fruitful graduates for the international market. o To provide, promote and conduct academic-related activities such as seminars, workshops, symposia, tutorial classes, crash courses, language proficiency trainings, lectures, study groups and review classes. o To conduct assessments and competency examinations in coordination with or upon approval by appropriate government agency. o To provide its students with scholarly entrepreneurial experience, skills and additional income by engaging in a self-liquidating, sustainable and course-related income-generating project to be jointly participated in by the management, personnel and students. o To negotiate and establish linkages or tie ups with government, non-governmental organizations or private individuals and to seek the assistance of educational foundations, funding agencies, be it foreign or local, in promoting the institution’s programs of instructions, research and livelihood, and in the attainment of this institution’s goals and objectives. o To do and perform all and everything necessary, proper and in accordance with law, rules and regulations for the realization of the vision, mission, objectives and purposes of this institution.
