Last February 26, 2025 at exactly 3:00 PM, the Maya Cultural Center became a place of elegance, smiles, and heartfelt celebration as Maya Elementary School proudly held its Prince and Princess of Hearts 2026 Coronation.

We were honored by the presence of our supportive Barangay Officials — Hon. Leonides P. Tancawan, Hon. Rodulfo Rodrigo, and Hon. Darlene B. Foote — as well as the SK Chairman of Brgy. Maya, Hon. Lee Hashman C. Patalita, whose attendance truly meant a lot to our school community.

The faculty of Maya Elementary School, headed by our ever-supportive Principal I, Mr. Royce L. Nogra, expressed great joy and gratitude for the success of the program. The event was also graced by the active SPTA Officers led by Mrs. Julie Ann B. Conde, whose dedication and hard work made the celebration even more meaningful.

Our candidates looked absolutely lovely and charming on this special day, confidently showcasing not only their beauty but also their confidence and heart. 💖

Maya Elementary School will be forever grateful to all the parents who supported and allowed their child/children to participate in this wonderful event. Your cooperation and generosity bring us closer to the realization of the SPTA CCTV Project, which will greatly enhance the safety and security of our learners.

To everyone who contributed to the success of this memorable celebration — daghang salamat! Together, we continue to build a safer and brighter future for our school. 💙🏫

We are proud to announce that 32 selected tutors from Maya Elementary School successfully completed the District Training of Tutors for the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program.

The intensive two-day training was held at the CTU-Daanbantayan Campus Gymnasium from January 14-15, 2026. Our dedicated educators were accompanied and supported by our School Principal I, Mr. Royce L. Nogra.

Our tutors are now better equipped and ready to lead the way in academic recovery for our learners!

✨ A NIGHT OF MERRIMENT AND GRATITUDE! ✨

The halls of Sugbo Maya were filled with laughter, music, and festive cheer as the Maya Elementary School Faculty and Staff gathered for a double celebration: a heartfelt Post-Teacher's Day Tribute and our annual Christmas Party! 🎄🍎

This spectacular evening wouldn't have been possible without the incredible generosity of our SPTA Officers, spearheaded by the ever-supportive Madam Julie Ann Conde. Your dedication to making the teachers feel valued is truly inspiring!

🎸 Highlights of the Night:

The air was electric with a live band that kept everyone on their feet, dancing the night away and celebrating the bond we share as a school family.

The competition was friendly but fierce, and the prizes were absolutely amazing!

✨ Maya Elementary School – LAC Session Highlight! ✨

Today's LAC Session for Maya Elementary School teachers was a truly productive and exciting day as our very own ICT Coordinator, Mrs. Karen P. Codiñera, led a comprehensive discussion and hands-on workshop on the Microsoft Productivity Tools, focusing on an overview of Microsoft 365.

Mrs. Codiñera personally guided the teachers in activating their Microsoft accounts, making sure everyone was able to follow along smoothly. It was inspiring to see how attentive and eager our teachers were as they explored the many features that Microsoft 365 has to offer.

💻 Throughout the whole-day session, teachers enjoyed learning how to:
✔ Install applications within Microsoft 365
✔ Use Morph Transition in PowerPoint for classroom observations
✔ Manage their schedules through Microsoft Calendar
✔ Navigate and communicate using Teams
✔ Send and organize emails through Outlook
✔ Store and access important files securely in OneDrive—anytime, anywhere!

The session ended with visible excitement as the teachers discovered new tools that can make teaching more engaging, organized, and efficient. Truly, it was a day filled with learning, collaboration, and empowerment!

📚💙 Maya Elementary School continues to support professional growth and digital readiness for our dedicated educators and this was spearheaded by the ever supportive School Principal I, Mr. Royce L. Nogra.
