📌Admission Requirements for Incoming Grade 7 and Transferees:

✅ Duly accomplished enrolment form
✅ Original copy of Form 9 (Report Card)
✅ Good Moral Certificate
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO/PSA

📌Admission Requirements for Continuing Students (Grade 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12)

✅ Duly accomplished enrolment form
✅ Original copy of Form 9 (Report Card)

📌Schedule of Enrolment per Grade Level

Grade 7 and 8: August 23-27, 2021 (Mon-Fri)
Grade 9 and 12: August 30-Sept. 3, 2021 (Mon-Fri)
Grade 10 and 11: Sept.6-10,2021 (Mon-Fri)

📌Enrolment note:

1️⃣ Only the parents/guardians will be the one to go to school as scheduled.
2️⃣ Parents/guardians can get the enrolment form from the teachers in charge in every week.
3️⃣ Safety and health protocols shall be strictly observed inside the school campus.
4️⃣ Parents/guardians shall bring their own ballpen upon enrolment.
