In this blessed month of Ramadan, the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST) extends its warmest greetings to our Muslim brothers and sisters. May this sacred time strengthen your faith, deepen your devotion, and grant you patience and perseverance through fasting, prayer, and self-discipline.

May your hearts be filled with peace, your souls be purified, and your homes be illuminated with the light of Allah’s mercy and blessings.

In line with this, please be guided that under Presidential Decree No. 291, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 322, and Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 81-1277 dated November 13, 1981, which was further clarified by CSC Resolution No. 02072 dated May 20, 2021, the following directives are hereby issued relative to the modified working hours of CFCST officials and employees who will observe the fasting season in the month of Ramadan:

☑️ The flexible working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., without noon break, shall be allowed only for the period of Ramadan (30 days);

☑️ Only Muslim employees, either permanent, casual/contractual, and job order, who will observe fasting during the aforementioned period shall be allowed to observe the modified working hours;

☑️ There shall be no diminution in the 40-hour work week required under the Civil Service Law and rules under this modified working hours;

☑️ After Ramadan, the employees shall immediately revert to their respective regular working hours;

☑️ A report on the list and number of officials and employees who availed of this modified working hours shall be prepared by the Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) for monitoring purposes.

Scan the QR code of your respective college and evaluate your instructors.

Proceed to the ICTC Office and fill out the evaluation certificate.

Step 3️⃣
Submit the certificate to the ICTC Clerk for checking and signing.

Step 4️⃣
Once you receive the signed certificate, you’re good to go!
