“Before attending this CPR awareness activity, I didn’t think I’d ever need to use those skills. But now, I realize that every second counts—and being prepared could mean saving someone’s life. This campaign didn’t just teach me CPR—it taught me courage.”
— RIZAYANA A. Grade 12 Student

Held at Cotabato Regional and Medical Center last July 17, 2025, this learning experience gave our Canizarian youth the power to act, to help, and to save. ❤️

Through hands-on practice and real-life simulation, students were guided through the 5C’s Hands-Only CPR, equipping them with confidence and readiness.

CRMC and DOH, thank you for paving the way toward a safer future. ⭐️
