𝑰𝒏 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒔 | 𝗡𝗗𝗨 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗣-𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘀
𝗖𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 – Notre Dame University (NDU) conducted its Final Coaching for the IP-LET Review on September 12, 2026, at CENCS-AVR.
The program included messages from the Office for Formation and Mission, College of Education, Office for Social Development, External Affairs Office and OMI-IP Ministry.
A final class sessions was also conducted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, in South Upi last September 5, and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗬. 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, Director of the University Research and Publication Center, followed by the 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 facilitated by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗟. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, External Affairs Officer.

More than a recognition of academic achievement, the event served as an inspiration for all students to continue striving for excellence and uphold the values of the teaching profession. Through this celebration, the College reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing competent, compassionate, and exemplary future educators. The College of Education (CED) holds its annual General Assembly and Student Council Turnover Ceremony held at the JHS Theater on August 20, 2026. The gathering brought together faculty members, student leaders, and pre-service teachers for a meaningful assembly focused on leadership, shared responsibility, and the collective direction of the College.

The program commenced with the Opening Remarks of Prof. Hazel Samaon, who welcomes the CED community and set the tone for the gathering. Her message underscored the importance of unity, active participation, and a shared commitment as the College moves forward into another academic year.

A significant part of the program was the Turnover Ceremony of the CED Student Council, which formally marked the transition of leadership from the outgoing administration to the newly elected student leaders. El-Adhannie Ibrahim, Outgoing Governor, formally concluded her term and turned over the responsibilities of student leadership to the incoming administration.

Following the turnover, Datu Farouk C. Ampatuan, Governor of the College of Education Student Council, delivered his Acceptance Speech, formally embracing the responsibility of leading the student body for the new academic year. Following the acceptance speech, the program continues with the presentation of the student organizations under the College of Education, namely GLEW, FITNESS, KMHF, AGENTS, and SEEDS.

The assembly proceeded with the Dean’s Time, led by Dr. Edgard R. Cabales, Dean of the College of Education. Important academic and administrative matters, including course memorandums, grade cut-offs, and institutional policies, were discussed to provide students with clearer direction and expectations for the academic year.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ginna T. Astillero, CED Program Head, presented the College’s upcoming activities, programs, and initiatives, designed to strengthen student participation, professional development, and engagement throughout the academic year.

The program concluded with the Closing Remarks of Prof. Guianaisa Abdullah, who encouraged the College community as it begins another academic year filled with opportunities, challenges, and shared goals.

With a new student council taking the lead and a renewed sense of direction across the College, the College of Education looks forward to an academic year marked by service, excellence, collaboration, and meaningful student leadership.
