We are pleased to inform you that you may begin claiming your graduation frames starting tomorrow, August 28, 2025, at the College of Education Office.

✅ For personal claiming:
Please present your Previous Assessment Form for the 2nd Semester, AY 2024–2025 (receipt with no outstanding balance, issued by the Business Office).

✅ For claiming through an authorized representative:

One (1) photocopy of a valid ID of both the graduate and the authorized representative

The Previous Assessment Form for the 2nd Semester, AY 2024–2025 of the graduate student (receipt with no outstanding balance from the Business Office)
