HERE'S HOW TO GET ONE:

OPTION 1: Avail of the Alumni ID during the Alumni Homecoming 2017 this Saturday, December 30, 2017. You can get it on the same day following this 5-step process:

1. Go to Albert Einstein School on December 30, 2017 from 8am-3pm.
2. Fill up the Alumni Card Membership Form.
3. Have your picture taken after submitting the form.
4. For payment: Alumni homecoming entrance fee will be inclusive of the Alumni ID processing fee (P200).
5. Get your AES Alumni Card from Alumni Homecoming organizers at the school during the Evening get-together, which will be from 6PM-9PM.

OPTION 2: Until December 28, we will be accepting pre-orders of the Alumni Card following this 3-step process:

1. Fill up this application form: http://bit.ly/2jAvNeS
2. Pay for the Alumni ID card through a bank deposit (BDO). A special price of P150 will be given to those who will avail of this pre-order option. Payment first policy will be strictly observed.
3. Claim your Alumni ID card at Albert Einstein School anytime on Dec. 30, 2017.
