On July 18, 2026, Agape School’s Parents and Teachers Organization held its first General Assembly for S.Y. 2026–2027, led by SPTA President Mrs. Ryan Tutor‑Balaba and adviser Mrs. Genevieve “Young” A. Recio. With the theme “𝑆𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟 𝑇𝑜𝑔𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟: 𝐵𝑢𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠, 𝑁𝑢𝑟𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐸𝑥𝑐𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒, 𝑆ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐹𝑢𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒,” the assembly highlighted the vital roles of parents and teachers in the holistic development of Agapean learners. The program ended with a festive fellowship and a surprise raffle of five 5‑kg sacks of rice.

In view of the class suspension declared by the City Mayor and due to the potential effects of 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗬𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 and the 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗢𝗡 (Habagat), AGAPE School hereby announces the suspension of classes on 𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬, 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 for all levels.

This decision is made to prioritize the safety and well-being of our learners, parents, teachers, and school personnel amid the possibility of heavy rains, strong winds, and flooding.

We encourage everyone to stay indoors when possible, monitor official weather updates, and follow the advisories issued by the local government and disaster response agencies.

Agape School, as a School of Love, firmly stands against bullying. Bullying has no place in our community.

We are deeply saddened by the recent shooting and stabbing incidents that occurred on two different campuses. These alarming events showed a demand that we need to strengthen our support systems and intensify our intentional, relationship-focused supervision of students.

School is where we provide a holistic education—nurturing both academic excellence and moral character. Home is where these values are first taught and reinforced. For that reason, school and home must work together and be strengthened in every possible way to ensure learning happens in a safe and supportive environment.

A a community of love, we promote inclusion, safety, and genuine care to all agapeans. We are also calling our agapeans to spread the same wherever you are. 💙💛
