11/28/2025 — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐲𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐩𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 and 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐥 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 visited 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗧. 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, 𝗠𝗜𝗧 for a formal courtesy call at 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜.

From the moment he welcomed us, President Donato embodied a quiet strength. Though he prefers working behind the scenes, his influence is felt everywhere on campus, through the systems he refines, the plans he strengthens, and the improvements he personally oversees. He shared ongoing developments, including upgraded digital learning tools, additional classroom televisions, and planned ventilation enhancements, all designed to improve learning comfort, engagement, and student experience.

He also discussed preparations for the mock boards, emphasizing readiness, focus, and strong academic foundations. What stood out was his clarity in explaining academic processes, such as grade computations for Latin honors, ensuring fairness and transparency for all students.

Sir Donato T. Pacheco also acknowledges the immense support of School Directress 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗧. 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗼, whose steady commitment to academic excellence strengthens every initiative of the college.

Throughout our dialogue, Sir Donato listened thoughtfully. He welcomed our concerns, encouraged open communication, and made it clear that student voices matter in the institution’s growth. His leadership reflects a rare balance of humility and firmness—choosing results over recognition, progress over praise, and service over spotlight.

As campus journalists, witnessing this side of him reminded us that leadership is not measured by visibility, but by intention and impact. Behind the calm figure is a leader working tirelessly for the school’s progress and for the success of every Arpcian student.

He expressed his deep appreciation for the Campus Journalism advisers 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐡𝐚 𝐏. 𝐒𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐤, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐝 (The Eye of Arpcian), and 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐒. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, 𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐝 (Pagsibol ng Karunungan), recognizing their commitment and dedication to guiding the campus publication. He shared how truly thankful he is for their unwavering support and for the hard work and professionalism shown by the student journalists.

As we left his office, one realization stood out: behind President 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗧. 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗼’𝘀 calm and gentle leadership is a heart that tirelessly works for the growth of Antonio R. Pacheco College, Inc. (ARPCIANS) His sincerity, kindness, and quiet commitment leave a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
