To all freshmen and continuing BS Forestry students:

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 107, s 2026 issued by the Office of the University President, classes for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027, will commence on July 13, 2026 (Monday).

All classes shall be conducted in face-to-face mode.

Please be guided accordingly.

𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗢 | 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘

The 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐔𝐒𝐂) stands in solidarity with the individuals, families, and communities affected by the recent earthquake in General Santos City and neighboring areas. As part of our commitment to service and social responsibility, the council supports ongoing relief initiatives aimed at assisting those who continue to recover from the impact of this disaster.

In partnership with relief efforts being coordinated through Mindanao State University–General Santos, the USC joins the call for support and humanitarian assistance. Members of the university community, alumni, stakeholders, and the general public who wish to extend help may do so through the official donation channels listed below. Contributions collected will directly support relief and recovery operations for affected communities.

Congratulations to all passers!

All passers are required to proceed to the College Library Tomorrow at 9:00 AM for the interview and further screening.

Please bring two (2) long brown envelopes and the following documents:

• PSA Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (original and photocopy)
• Senior High School Report Card (Form 138) (original and photocopy)
• Two (2) pieces 2×2 ID Pictures with white background
• COTSU-CAT Result (original and photocopy)
Applicants are advised to arrive on time and ensure that all required documents are complete.

📢 QUALIFYING EXAMINATION RESUMES TOMORROW (June 9, 2026)

The BS Forestry Qualifying Examination will resume tomorrow, June 9, 2026, at the same venue and scheduled time as previously announced.

All examinees are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled examination time to allow for registration and other necessary preparations.

Please be guided accordingly.

Due to the earthquake experienced today, all departmental transactions and the scheduled Qualifying Examination are hereby cancelled until further notice to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, faculty, and staff.

We encourage everyone to remain alert, follow the advisories of concerned authorities, and prioritize their safety. Updates regarding the rescheduling of activities and examinations will be announced through official departmental channels.

May Allah protect us all and keep our community safe.
