Agenda Discussed:

1. School Policies

The Madrasah rules and regulations were discussed, including proper student behavior, attendance policy, school arrival and dismissal times, and compliance with school rules to maintain discipline and order.

2. Grading System

The Ustadzes explained the Madrasah’s grading system, including the basis for students’ grades such as quizzes, exams, projects, attendance, and class participation. The importance of regularly monitoring the students’ academic performance was also emphasized.

3. Uniform/ID

The proper wearing of the School uniform/ID and the days when it is required were discussed. Students were also reminded to maintain cleanliness and present themselves properly while in school.

4. School Fees

The madrash discussed the different school fees, including enrollment fees, monthly fees, and membership fees. Parents were informed about the payment schedules, deadlines, and the importance of paying fees on time to support school programs and student services.

5. PTA Election of Officers

An election for the new PTA officers was conducted. Nominations and voting were held for different positions such as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, P.I.O and Auditor.

6. Other Concerns

The school also gave parents the opportunity to share other concerns and suggestions regarding safety, cleanliness, communication between the school and parents, and other matters for the welfare of the students.

The meeting ended with the Madrasah expressing gratitude to the parents for their participation and support.
