The Graduate School successfully conducted the Presentation of the Revision of the Manual of Operation and Student Handbook on September 10, 2026, led by the Dean of the Graduate School and the Program Heads as part of the institution’s continuing commitment to quality assurance, administrative efficiency, and academic excellence.

The presentation served as a venue to review, refine, and strengthen existing policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring that the Graduate School remains responsive to the evolving needs of its stakeholders and aligned with the University's strategic directions and the standard and policies of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

This significant undertaking was made possible through the guidance and support of Prof. Sema G. Dilna, EdD, University President, whose leadership continues to inspire initiatives that promote institutional growth and continuous improvement.

The Graduate School extends its appreciation to all Program Heads and staff for their valuable insights and collaborative efforts in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Graduate School operations.

The Graduate School successfully conducted a Virtual Exploratory Meeting on International Partnership and Linkages with Universitas Islam Negeri KH. Achmad Siddiq Jember, Indonesia, on September 17, 2026, via an online platform.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both institutions to explore potential areas of collaboration in academic programs, research, faculty and student development, knowledge exchange, and other initiatives that promote internationalization and institutional development.

The discussion also served as an initial step toward establishing meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships that may contribute to academic excellence, institutional growth, and the advancement of international higher education collaboration.

The Graduate School expresses its appreciation to the representatives and participants from both institutions for their valuable participation and constructive discussions. This initiative reflects the Graduate School’s continuing commitment to strengthening international partnerships and creating opportunities for academic and professional growth.

Notre Dame University administrators and PAGE BARMM officers represented the region at the 𝟱𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, hosted by the Philippine Association for Graduate Education (PAGE) on August 27–29, 2026, at the Lyceum of the Philippines University – Cavite.

We encourage all new and continuing graduate students to complete their enrollment within the prescribed schedule.

Important Reminders:
✅ Old/Continuing Students must secure their Financial Clearance before proceeding with enrollment.
✅ The Cashier's Office, Registrar's Office, and University Library are available only from Monday to Thursday. Please plan your transactions accordingly to avoid delays in processing your enrollment requirements.
✅ Complete all necessary requirements within the enrollment period to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration process.
