𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 officially welcomed its incoming freshmen and transferee students through the 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, bringing together new members of the university community, including the first-year 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 students.

The orientation introduced students to the University's vision and mission, academic policies, student services, campus regulations, and the opportunities that await them throughout their academic journey. It also served as a platform to help students transition smoothly into university life while fostering a sense of belonging within the CotSU community.

As they embark on this new chapter, may every future science educator embrace the values of excellence, leadership, and service while making the most of the opportunities that lie ahead. Welcome to CotSU, and welcome to the BSED Science family!

As part of the University Orientation Program held on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Datu Blah Sinsuat Audio Visual Room, the first-year Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Science students participated in a Gender Sensitivity session aimed at promoting awareness, respect, and inclusivity within the academic community. The aforementioned program was facilitated by the Psychology students and featured Sir Rodnie P. Ligaray as the resource speaker

The discussion highlighted the importance of understanding gender sensitivity, fostering mutual respect, and upholding equality in both academic and social settings. Through the session, students were encouraged to become responsible individuals who value diversity and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

As future educators, the first-year BSED Science students are empowered to champion respect, empathy, and equality—values that will guide them not only throughout their university journey but also in their future profession as teachers.

In celebration of 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗢) actively participated in the 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗠 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 held today, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Assigned to the 𝗕𝘂𝗮𝘆𝗮-𝗕𝘂𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, MISO members joined fellow volunteers, government agencies, academic institutions, and youth organizations in a unified effort to restore and protect the region's coastal ecosystems through mangrove planting and environmental conservation activities.

The activity served as a meaningful platform for collaboration and environmental action, reinforcing the vital role of young people in addressing ecological challenges. Through collective participation, MISO reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and science-based initiatives that contribute to a greener and more resilient Bangsamoro.

The organization extends its sincere appreciation to 𝗞𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 (𝗞𝗚𝗜)) and its partner agencies for spearheading this significant initiative. By bringing together various sectors for a common environmental cause, KGI continues to inspire collective responsibility and action toward protecting our natural resources for the benefit of present and future generations. 🌱💚

𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | The 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗢) participated in the "𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀" program organized by the 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗬𝗖) today at the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The activity gathered accredited youth organizations to strengthen collaboration, enhance organizational development, and promote meaningful youth participation in community initiatives.

Representing MISO in the program were 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥. 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗻, MISO President, 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗔. 𝗔𝘆𝗮𝗹𝗮, MISO Vice President, and 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗠. 𝗦𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼, MISO Executive Secretary. Through their participation, the organization continues to engage in opportunities that empower student leaders, expand networks, and reinforce its commitment to serving both the academic community and the Bangsamoro youth.

𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | A new chapter officially begins as the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗) deployed 56 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 pre-service teachers to their respective cooperating schools in 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, marking the start of their teaching internship.
