Laboratorians are encouraged to arrive before 7:00 AM to ensure a smooth and organized start to classes. Being early helps us prepare, settle in, and begin the day ready to learn and succeed.

Requirements:
1. Test Result (for incoming grade 7, 11, and transferees)
2. Original PSA (for incoming grade 7, 11, and transferees)
3. Report Card
4. 2 pieces 2x2picture (for incoming grade 7, 11, and transferees)
5. Good Moral Certificate (for incoming grade 7, 11, and transferees)
6. Honorable dismissal (for transferees)
