List of MSSD ABAKA Beneficiaries

Please bring the following requirements:

Three (3) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
Three (3) photocopies of School ID

Cash allowance may be claimed at the MSSD Extension Office, Notre Dame Village, Cotabato City.

a. Secure the admission form and submit all requirements to the Program Head for evaluation and interview from December 09, 2025-January 09, 2025.

☑️ Thesis Approval Sheet and abstract (Doctoral program)

b. Pay the GSEE fee at the cashier's office and submit the GSEE form and the official receipt to the Guidance and Counseling Office (GCO) to schedule the GSEE.
