In line with the precautionary measures released by the OCM and the City Government of Cotabato dated January 28, 2026, concerning to the frequent shaking of ground felt consecutively— the KITFI administration is suspending the face-to-face classes tomorrow —Friday, January 30, 2026. However, we encourage faculty members to utilize online modalities to bridge the learning gaps for our students. resumption of classes is still uncertain until further notice.

CLASS SUSPENSION

Dahil sa paulit-ulit na lindol na naranasan ngayong araw, isinususpinde ang lahat ng klase sa lahat ng antas, sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, ngayong araw, Enero 28, hanggang bukas, Enero 29.

Ang hakbang na ito ay bilang pag-iingat upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani, habang patuloy na mino-monitor ang sitwasyon at nagsasagawa ng kinakailangang safety assessments.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling alerto, sundin ang mga abiso ng mga awtoridad, at maghanda sa posibleng aftershocks.

Kaugnay nito, ang City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) at ang City Engineering Office ay magsasagawa ng inspection at safety assessment sa lahat ng paaralan sa lahat ng antas, upang masuri ang kalagayan ng mga gusali ng paaralan matapos ang sunod-sunod na lindol na naranasan.
