We are excited to announce the opening of the 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 for the 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 for the first semester of 𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕. The application period will run from 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟎𝟔 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. The 𝗖𝗼𝗧𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧 is open to incoming first-year college students and transferees.

2. Form 138 or Report Card with the Student's Recent Grade for incoming first year. TOR/Certificate of grades for Transferees.
3. School ID/Any valid ID/Birth Certificate.
