The 2021 National Women’s Month Celebration acts as a tribute, a forum, and a call to action that recognizes the exceptional roles of everyday Juanas in the community as trailblazers and harbingers of progress. This festival is also a forum to explore and resolve the challenges that women continue to face so feminism can be truly accomplished. The movement also calls for practical, sustainable and equitable efforts to promote equality between men and women.

The campaign this year is different from the previous ones as it is in a pandemic context of COVID-19 that presented women with both threats and opportunities. This year's observance also emphasizes the role of women in the fight against the pandemic and addresses problems of ethnicity that are aggravated by the pandemic. It is time for a thorough examination of s*xual problems arising or increasingly experienced through the health crisis, including women who have thrived under the conditions and sharing support structures and government services that discuss women's needs and issues.

“You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.”
- John Bunyan

When we look at the worldwide coronavirus pandemic, it is easy to feel powerless. However, you will make a difference regardless of who you are or how you are. There are also many different opportunities to engage and contribute back, including though you are in house quarantine, including giving funds or equipment, volunteering virtually, and checking others who may need assistance.

Everyone needs a little help sometimes. After all, no one is meant to go through life alone. If life has given you blessings, it's important to share those with your community. In many ways, the coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated the extent to which we rely on others.

Hebrews 13:16

"And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."
The Good News: One of the ways you can demonstrate your love for the Lord is to be compassionate and caring towards those you encounter here on Earth. Even small gestures can mean a great deal.

Sleep Deprivation: Causes, Symptoms, And Treatment

Most people are not getting sufficient quality sleep, so their fitness, well-being and daily lives can be affected.

The right amount of sleep can vary from person to person, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend that adults get at least 7 hours each night. They also estimate that 1 in 3 adults do not get enough sleep.

Often sleep disturbances can cause anxiety, while a persistent scarcity of quality sleep can impact the behavior, day to day operation, quality of life, or health of an individual at work or school.

What is the importance of Sleep?

Value as well as quantity of sleep should be taken into account. If a person is sleeping poorly, the next day, no matter how many hours he has slept, he feels tiring.

Low-quality sleep may involve:

waking often during the night
breathing difficulties, such as sleep apnea
an environment that is too hot, cold, or noisy
an uncomfortable bed

Symptoms of sleep deprivation:

A person who is getting too little quality sleep may experience a range of symptoms, including:

fatigue
irritability
mood changes
difficulty focusing and remembering
a reduced s*x drive

Effects on the body:

1.Immune system: Lack of sleep can lead to inflammation and respiratory infections that can take longer to overcome.

2.Weight: Sleep will influence hormones which regulate hunger and completeness feelings. The release of insulin can also be caused. Sleep changes will increase accumulation of fat, body weight changes, and an increased risk of diabetes of type 2.

3.The cardiovascular system: Sleep helps the cardiovascular arteries cure and repair and inflammatory pathways that regulate their blood pressure and sugar levels. Very little sleep will increase the risk of heart disease.

4.Hormone levels: Hormone synthesis, including growth hormone development and testosterone can be affected by insufficient sleep. The body also releases other tension hormones, such as norepinephrine and cortisol.

5.The brain: Lack of sleep effects the prefrontal cortex that deals with thought and the amygdala that addresses emotion. A lack of sleep can also make it more difficult for a person to develop fresh memories that can impact learning.

Raise Community and Mental Health Awareness

One factor May is known as mental well being is that there is still a lot of work to do, despite continuous advancement in research, care and understanding. Most individuals are not subjected to mental health disorders until a tragic accident like su***de actually impacts them.

Just when we educate people about physical health issues, such as heart disease, it is important for them to start talking about mental disease, the way we understand it and the fact that it is a treatable disease. Here are a few easy steps to help increase mutual mental health awareness in your home:

1. Talk to everyone you recognize. Everyone you know. Tell the family, friends and peers how they do and listen to the answers truly. Let them know the services to support them are available whether they say that they are stressed or under threat. - Incite them to obtain assistance urgently and support them if necessary if they feel they might contemplate self-harm or su***de.

2. Open your insight. Open up. Share your own account whether you have had difficulties or had difficulties with mental disorder. Hearing anyone else go the same way as you are may be a relief. And this may be the push for care and recovery for an individual.

3. Educate yourself on psychological illness. Psych disorder is also misunderstood by people. Read more and share what you're learning. This involves exploring mental health for kids in terms of age. Children are not resilient to mental health, and early in primary school, symptoms such as depression and anxiety can occur.

4. Willingness. Initiative programs and efforts are also asked for by mental health agencies such as the Neighborhood Reach Center. Your telephone call or e-mail is warmly received.

5. Social networking use. Platforms such as Facebook and Twitter will be a wonderful forum for inspirational and open-minded individuals in mental health.

6. Promoting physical and mental health assistance. Help people realize that physical fitness can affect their mental health directly. Good eating, exercising, sleeping and both contribute to the mental and emotional condition of an individual.

Personal Hygiene: Benefits, Creating a Routine

What is Personal Hygiene?
-How you look about your body are personal hygiene. This involves dressing, hand washing, teeth cleaning, and more.

Millions of external germs and viruses come into contact each day. They will live on your body, which can make you ill in some situations. You and the people around you can avoid disease through personal hygiene habits. You should also feel comfortable with your look.

Find out about why hygiene is so critical, how best to practice it, and how you can improve your behavior:

Types of Personal Hygiene
-The definition of personal hygiene varies from one person to another. These main categories are a significant starting point to create healthy hygiene habits:

Toilet Hygiene
-Since using the toilet, wash your face. Dabble on the back of your hands and under your nails, rinse with soap for 20 to 30 seconds and make careful to brush between fingers. Clean towel with warm water and rinse.

An alcohol-based hand sanitizer would also work if you don't have running water or soap. Use one alcohol that is 60% or more.

Shower hygiene
-Personal choice can determine the time you choose to shower, but at least every other day most people benefit from rinsing. Soap showering helps to rinse dead cells, bacteria and oils clean.

Nail hygiene
-Trim those nails and maintain them tidy and short on a daily basis. Brush them with a nail brush or a washcloth to remove the accumulated material, debris and germs.

Polishing your nails will help discourage germs and other body openings from spreading through your mouth. You should also avoid biting your nails.

Teeth hygiene
-Good oral hygiene is more than just white pearly teeth. The clever way to avoid gum disease and cavities is to care for your teeth and gums.

Brush for two minutes at least twice a day. Take care to clean before and after waking up. Brush every meal, if it is possible, too. Float between your teeth every day and ask for antibacterial mouthwash from your dentist.

Hands hygiene
-Germs on your hands can easily enter your body through your mouth, nose, eyes, or ears. Wash your hands:
when you handle food
before you eat
if you handle garbage
when you sneeze
any time you touch an animal
Likewise, wash your hands after changing a baby’s diaper, helping someone clean themselves, or when cleaning a cut or wound.

Side effects of poor personal hygiene
-Good personal hygiene is closely linked to fewer diseases and improved fitness. Bad hygiene habits can contribute to minor side effects such as fatty skin and body odour. It may even lead to problems that are alarming or even extreme.

You can, for example, quickly pass germs and bacteria to your mouth or eyes if you don't wash your hands often. This could lead to many problems, from stomach bugs to rosy eyes.

Poor grooming will also have an effect on your self-assurance. Looking and feeling presentable will improve your confidence and make you feel proud.

Unity Amidst Pandemic

The pandemic Covid-19 is one of the world's most serious threats in our lives. It is mainly a human crisis with significant health and socio-economic ramifications.

Through thousands of its employees, the World Health Organization is on the front lines assisting Member States and their communities with advice, preparation, equipment and practical life-saving services in combating the disease, and particularly the most vulnerable of them.

The World Health Organization must be supported, as it is absolutely critical to the world’s efforts to win the war against Covid-19.

"I witnessed first-hand the courage and determination of WHO staff when I visited the Democratic Republic of the Congo last year, where WHO staff are working in precarious conditions and very dangerous remote locations as they fight the deadly Ebola virus. It has been a remarkable success for WHO that no new cases of Ebola have been registered in months. " -ANTÓNIO GUTERRES

It is my belief that the World Health Organization must be supported, as it is absolutely critical to the world’s efforts to win the war against Covid-19.

This virus is unprecedented in our lifetime and requires an unprecedented response. Obviously, in such conditions, it is possible that the same facts have had different readings by different entities. Once we have finally turned the page on this epidemic, there must be a time to look back fully to understand how such a disease emerged and spread its devastation so quickly across the globe, and how all those involved reacted to the crisis. The lessons learned will be essential to effectively address similar challenges, as they may arise in the future.

But the time isn't now. It is now time through unity and cooperation from the world community to deter these epidemic and its destructive effects.
