The spotlight shined brighter than ever at the Cardinal Quevedo Gymnasium as departmental representatives stepped onto the pageant stage with grace, confidence, and excellence, proudly wearing their college colors and carrying the spirit of their departments. From a colorful parade bursting through the streets to show-stopping duets and an electric crowd, Kalinaw Freshies Day 2026 was packed with pure energy, unmatched talent, and unstoppable pride.

A thunderous congratulations to the newly crowned freshmen—Mr. Datu Elmer Mohamad from College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and Ms. Helen Dadtungan College for Engineering and Computer Studies (CEnCS) for taking the Mr. and Ms. KALINAW 2026 titles, as well as Mr. Alhajeed Mantil (CENCS) for earning 1st Runner-Up. Every candidate brought the heat and made their college families immensely proud, proving that this batch is ready to lead with integrity and style. 👑

Also the stage came alive with beautiful voices and heartfelt harmonies as our talented participants took the spotlight for the 𝙎𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙪𝙚𝙩, With every note, blend, and melody, they showcased not only their vocal talent but also the chemistry and confidence that made each performance truly special.

With colorful flags waving high and energetic cheers echoing through the NDU grounds, our Freshies proudly marched into the opening of KALINAW 2026: SILAKBO NG SALINLAHI! Every step radiated excitement, unity, and pride as our freshies came together to celebrate a new generation filled with passion, and unstoppable energy!

The gymnasium came alive with a breathtaking display of color, movement, and creativity as our participants took the floor for the 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚! With every wave, formation, and synchronized step, they transformed their colorful flags into a beautiful and energetic performance that captivated the crowd.

Ang Agosto ay panahon ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa, isang paalala na ang ating wika ang nagsisilbing tulay ng pagkakaisa, kultura, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Sa buwan ding ito, malugod nating tinatanggap ang mga bagong mag-aaral sa Freshman Day (Agosto 6), ginugunita ang Araw ni Ninoy Aquino (Agosto 21) at Pambansang Araw ng mga Bayani (Agosto 31), at iginagalang ang Maulid un-Nabi (Agosto 26). Nawa'y magsilbi ang mga pagdiriwang na ito bilang inspirasyon sa bawat estudyante na pahalagahan ang edukasyon, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa ating wika at bayan.
