As of May 15, 2026, we have already interviewed 268 applicants, and only 20 slots remain available.

Only 128 students have submitted their Physical Examination Results.

For those interviewed from May 6–15, 2026, please submit your Physical Examination Results on or before next week to complete your pre-enrollment requirements. Otherwise, your slot will be given to applicants who are ready to enroll.

• Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card)

Applicants may visit the CHS Office located at the Cariño Building following these times:

-Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
-Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

All applicants are advised to adhere to the stated schedule and present complete requirements for proper processing.

📌May 6–26, 2026
-For applicants with Average to Above Average performance during the Entrance Examination
📌June 1–6, 2026
-For applicants with a Senior High School average of 93–98
-For transferees and shiftees

𝐀 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐈𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞

With hearts full of gratitude, the College of Health Sciences Council, in partnership with the Nursing Student Organization and the CHS Liturgical Committee, celebrates the successful conduct of our Free Iftar Drive.

What started as a simple initiative turned into a meaningful expression of unity, as we came together to serve and share with our Muslim brothers and sisters during the holy month of Ramadhan. Through the generosity of our Faculty and Staff, Alumni, Donors, Students and the dedication of our Officers and Advisers, we were able to extend not only meals, but also compassion and solidarity.

May this act of goodness be a reminder of what we can achieve when we come together as one community. 🌙🤍⚕️

𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄

In the blessed spirit of Ramadhan, a time of reflection, compassion, and generosity—the 𝐂𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥, NDU-Nursing Student Organization, and 𝐂𝐇𝐒 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 stand united in collaboration to present the Ramadhan Iftar Initiative.

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to service, compassion, and solidarity within the CHS community. Inspired by the words from the Qur’an, “You will never attain righteousness until you spend from that which you love. And whatever you spend, indeed Allah knows it well.” (Qur’an 3:92), this effort aims to encourage generosity and extend blessings to those in need.

More than an initiative, this is a reminder that when a community comes together with sincere hearts and a shared purpose, even the smallest act of kindness can create a meaningful impact. 🤍⚕️
