After the exhausting midterm exams, DASIG LANG HIGALA group quickly mobilized to advocate for strengthening the relationship of peers which aims to create a safe environment for students regarding their mental health.

The peer support club held a meeting to officially establish their vision, mission, and goals. All members actively participated in the process to ensure that the group's aspirations were clearly defined and that everyone was aligned with the objectives. This collaborative approach aimed to foster a sense of ownership and engagement among the members, ensuring that they were invested in achieving the group's goals.

October is recognized as National Mental Health Awareness Month, a month-long campaign dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues, reducing stigma, and encouraging individuals to seek help when needed.

Here at Bohol International Learning College - BILC , we prioritize student mental health. The "Dasig Lang Higala" group provides a safe and supportive space for students to connect with peers and work towards positive mental well-being. The teams dedication and hard work have made this initiative a resounding success.

The "Dasig Lang Higala" team will continue to advocate for the importance of a healthy and stable mind, reminding everyone that we are in this together.
