The second day of our ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ training at ๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐๐น๐ผ๐ถ๐น๐ผ challenged us to transform yesterday's lessons into meaningful action, we were given the opportunity to deepen our understanding of mental health literacy and strengthen the practical skills essential to peer facilitation.
Throughout the day, we explored the importance of recognizing common mental health concerns, understanding their signs and symptoms, reducing stigma, and knowing the appropriate ways to extend support while respecting the boundaries of our role as Peer Facilitators. One of the greatest reminders we received was that helping does not always mean having all the answersโit also means knowing when to listen, when to encourage, and when to refer someone to the appropriate professional. ๐
Our learning came to life through role-playing activities, where we simulated conversations with fellow students seeking support and practiced the proper referral process. We also participated in

Equally valuable were the constructive critiques shared by our guidance counselors, facilitators, and fellow delegates after each presentation. Their insights encouraged us to reflect on our strengths, recognize areas for improvement, and refine the way we communicate and respond to others. It reminded us that growth is a continuous processโone that requires openness, humility, and a willingness to keep learning.
As we conclude this meaningful two-day journey, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the organizers, resource speakers, facilitators, guidance counselors, and everyone behind ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ for making this enriching experience possible. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to represent the ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ผ๐น โ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐' ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ (๐จ๐-๐ฃ๐๐) and to share this journey as one delegation alongside ๐ ๐ฎ'๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ต ๐๐ผ๐ ๐.
