As artificial intelligence continues to reshape healthcare, the question is no longer simply what AI can do, but how healthcare organizations can prepare for and responsibly integrate it into the way they work.
This was explored by Dr. Zorayda V. Ang, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Informatics Philippines, during her session on โLeading AI Adoption in Healthcareโ at the Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. Summit in Twin Lakes, Tagaytay.
The session highlighted the importance of readiness, governance, adoption, and responsible AI use in navigating this transformation.
At the center of it all is leadership. Leaders play a critical role in setting the direction, establishing governance, preparing people for change, managing risks, and creating a culture where AI can be adopted responsibly and meaningfully.
Because in healthcare, successful AI adoption is not only about having the right technology. It is about having the right leadership, people, processes, and safeguards to make that technology work for the organization and, ultimately, the people it serves.
A meaningful conversation on leading healthcare toward a more responsible and AI-enabled future. ๐ก
