True leadership is not just about holding a position. It is shown through good character โ„Ž๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘ฆ and the way we ๐“ผ๐“ฎ๐“ป๐“ฟ๐“ฎ others. ๐Ÿซ€

Tzu Chi Foundation guided us to build strong and right values that every sslg officers and young leaders must keep. We learned that ๐“ป๐“ฎ๐“ผ๐“น๐“ฎ๐“ฌ๐“ฝ and ๐˜ฌ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด are the most important parts of good leadership.
