SNAP: Sama-sama Nating Abutin ang Pagbabago heralds its President: Eric Garcia

Tungkulin ng isang Prsident ng Student Council and maging role model o magandang ehemplo sa lahat ng mga estudyante. Siya dapat ay isang well-rounded student, nakikibaka sa mga gawaing academic at non-academic, at pinapairal ang mga natutunan sa paaralan kahit labas na ito sa school grounds, at kahit wala na itong kaakibat na grades. Siya dapat ang boses ng mga estudyante, ang tagapagtanggol ng kanilang mga karapatan sa eskwelahan at tagpagpanatili ng kaayusan at tagahimok ng pagbabago.

The role of the vice president is not only to be second-in-command to the president, but also as the chief adviser and confidant of the president in his decisions. She has to be able to coordinate the different officers during Council meetings and assure that the orders of the President and the suggestions of the councillors are well established throughout the discussion; and that each message has been delivered and understood perfect and on point.

A Secretary's job is to be the head of the management functions in the Student Council. She is the one who organizes records, past and future projects of the councils, and deliberated issues during council meetings. All that is discussed within the Council's jurisdiction is noted and archived effectively by the Secretary for future reference.

The role of the treasurer is to be the overseer or "tagapangasiwa" or leader of the financial administration of the Student Council. She heads in reviewing procedures and in meetings which involve funds, profits and expenditures. It is her duty to keep all finances, that every cent is accounted for and is worth its pay.

Hindi lamang "alalay" ng treasurer ang auditor; siya rin ang tagapagtago ng mga records from previous profits as well as spendings by the student councils to keep track of the money flowing in and out of the council. Though, she helps the treasurer, in times when the treasurer is not around, or available, she has the task to step in, and be the leader of the finances in the Student Council.

Well let the Business Manager together with the councillors think of new and fun ways to involve the student body in new projects, that will not only harbor the enjoyment and laughter of students, but also increase profits and funds which can be later used for further activities such as helping our less fortunate students. The Business Manager can also serve to schedule such future projects so that the management can be well informed of the said activities.
