Concepcion, Iloilo โ From the humble shores of Barangay Igbon to the grand international stage, Fayeh Harah A. Padrillan, a registered nurse, has brought immense pride to the Municipality of Concepcion and Province of Iloilo after being named 1st Runner-up in the prestigious Queen of the Desert 2025 pageant held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a segment of Miss Friendship International 2025.
Representing Iloilo Province with elegance, grace, and intelligence, Padrillan captivated the judges and audience alike through her stunning performance, heartfelt advocacy, and unwavering confidence.
The Philippine Pageants organization officially announced the winners, declaring Luna Waheed of Agusan del Norte as the Grand Winner, followed by Fayeh Harah Padrillan of Iloilo as First Runner-up, Glenda Musico of Taguig as 2nd Runner-up, April Buendia of Capiz as 3rd Runner-up, and Nurhima Mindoon of Zamboanga City as 4th Runner-up.
During the competition, Padrillan also earned special recognitions including Best in Casual Wear, Best in Production Number, First Runner-up in Advocacy Presentation, and Queen of the Ramp, further solidifying her mark as an empowered Ilongga queen.
Her remarkable feat was proudly celebrated by Mary John Gabayeron, Special Program in the Arts (SPA) Coordinator of Roberto H. Tirol High School (Concepcion NHS), who shared a heartfelt congratulatory post on social media:
โCongratulations, Queen of the Desert, Fayeh Harah Padrillan! Your grace, confidence, and compassion truly shone through as you captivated hearts on and off the stage. You have made Iloilo, and the Philippines, immensely proud!โ
Gabayeron further emphasized Padrillanโs journey as a 7th Generation alumna of the SPA program, saying:
โAbove all, you have raised the banner of the Special Program in the Arts to the international stage! Keep shining, Queen Fayeh! The desert blooms brighter because of you. Indi puede sa SPA ang wala crown!โ
