SDU CONDUCTS INTERVIEWS FOR ASPIRING STUDENT DISCIPLINE OFFICERS

“Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking responsibility and serving others.”

The Student Discipline Unit (SDU) officially conducted the interview process for aspiring SDU officers, bringing together students who are eager to uphold discipline, integrity, and excellence within the school community.

Led by the SDU Coordinator together with the unit’s officers, the interviews served as an opportunity to assess each applicant’s commitment, leadership potential, and readiness to fulfill the responsibilities of becoming an SDU officer. More than selecting qualified individuals, this process reflects the organization’s dedication to developing student leaders who will serve with fairness, accountability, and respect.

We sincerely thank all the applicants for their confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to serve. Your desire to make a positive impact on the school community is truly commendable, and we wish each of you success as you continue this journey.

With grateful hearts, the Concepcion Holy Cross College, Inc. community gathered in faith for the First Friday Mass this month of July, celebrating the Holy Eucharist as one family united in prayer, thanksgiving, and devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Presided over by Rev. Fr. Bryan V. Salunga, Parochial Vicar of the Santuario de la Inmaculada Concepcion, the celebration reminded us to deepen our relationship with God and to continue living our Christian vocation with faith, hope, and love.

This month’s Eucharistic Celebration was sponsored by the High School Department and organized by the Campus Ministry Unit, under the leadership of Ms. Maica Andrea Bagsic, LPT, whose dedication continues to nurture the spiritual formation of the Crossian community.

May the blessings and grace we received from the Holy Eucharist strengthen us throughout the month, inspiring us to become faithful witnesses of Christ in our studies, work, service, and daily lives.

SDU HOLDS FIRST SEMESTRAL MEETING TO STRENGTHEN DISCIPLINE AND LEADERSHIP

The Student Discipline Unit (SDU) successfully conducted its first semestral meeting with both returning and newly appointed officers in attendance.

The meeting provided an opportunity to welcome new officers, discuss their roles and responsibilities, and strengthen teamwork within the organization. Important matters regarding discipline, accountability, and the proper implementation of school policies were also discussed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.

As the semester begins, the SDU remains committed to promoting good conduct, responsible leadership, and positive values within the academic community. Through the collective efforts of its officers, the unit aims to continue serving as a guide in maintaining order and encouraging student responsibility.

The SDU sincerely thanks all its officers for their dedication, commitment, and willingness to serve. Their support and cooperation are essential in helping create a disciplined, respectful, and student-friendly learning environment.
