๐ŸŒฑ A STRONGER SCHOOL, A BRIGHTER FUTURE ๐ŸŒฑ

Magay Elementary School successfully held its 1st School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA), SPTA General Meeting, and Card Giving on September 18, 2026.

More than a gathering, this was a beautiful reminder of what we can achieve when teachers, parents, and stakeholders work together with one purposeโ€”the welfare, growth, and success of our learners. โค๏ธ

To our active and supportive parents and stakeholders, thank you for continuously showing up, participating, listening, and sharing your support. Your involvement speaks beyond words. It shows our children that their education matters, their dreams matter, and they are never alone in reaching them.

Every time you encourage your child, attend a school activity, support a teacher, or simply ask, โ€œHow was school today?โ€โ€”you are helping build a child who believes in himself or herself.

May we continue to be a community that encourages, inspires, and believes in every learner. Together, let us nurture their dreams today and help them build a brighter tomorrow. ๐ŸŒŸ

Daghang salamat, dear parents and stakeholders, for being our partners in education. Your presence, participation, and unwavering support truly make a difference.

๐Ÿค One school. One community. One shared hope for every child.

Congratulations, ma'am! This is more than a new beginning, it is a well-deserved blessing after years of patience, perseverance, and waiting. And we know that becoming part of DepEd is not an easy journey.

Today, we celebrate this wonderful milestone with you. May your journey as a DepEd teacher be filled with purpose, growth, meaningful service, and countless blessings. โค๏ธ

๐Ÿ“ฐ๐Ÿ’š SANGYAW AT THE DIVISION LEVEL! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ“ฐ

From our first-ever District Schools Press Conference to the Division Schools Press Conference held in Carmen, Cebu, on September 7โ€“11, SANGYAW has reached another milestone. โœจ

For a publication joining the Division level for the first time, simply being there was already a story worth telling.

Representing SANGYAW โ€“ The Official School Paper of Magay Elementary School were:

โœ๏ธ COLUMN WRITING | Filipino
โ€ข Clarissa Mae Aguilar
โ€ข Kiesha Delaine Belonio

๐ŸŽจ EDITORIAL CARTOONING | Filipino
โ€ข Zhared Anthony Gocotano

This time, we did not make it to the qualifiers for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC). But rather than seeing this as an ending, we choose to see it as another page in the growing story of SANGYAW. ๐Ÿ“–

We may not have brought home a qualifying spot, but we brought home something valuableโ€”experience.

Our young journalists experienced competing alongside talented campus journalists from different schools across the division. They learned, observed, challenged themselves, and gained memories that will become part of their journey as young writers and artists.

And SANGYAWโ€™s learning did not stop with our journalists.

Our coaches also attended the different lectures and learning sessions during the conferenceโ€”not only to support our delegates, but to learn more, sharpen their coaching strategies, and better prepare the next generation of SANGYAW journalists. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“š

To our dear stakeholders, parents, supporters, and generous individuals who helped make this journey possible, THANK YOU. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’š

Your supportโ€”whether through financial assistance, meals, transportation, supplies, encouragement, or simply believing in our young journalistsโ€”helped SANGYAW reach a place we had never reached before.

We are especially grateful because SANGYAWโ€™s first journey to the Division level would not have been possible without a community willing to stand behind our children.

To Tresh, Kiesha, and Zhared, thank you for carrying the name of SANGYAW with pride. Your participation itself is an achievement. Keep writing. Keep drawing. Keep learning. Keep improving.

And to the next batch of SANGYAW journalists: the lessons from this yearโ€™s journey are now part of your story. ๐ŸŒฑ

This is only our first time at the Division level.

There will be more stories to write, more lessons to learn, and more pages to fill. ๐Ÿ“ฐโœจ

SANGYAW may not have made it to the RSPC this time, but our story continues.

๐Ÿ’š PADAYON, SANGYAW! ๐Ÿ“ฐ

Mga Teacher, pahinga po muna kayo. ๐Ÿ’™

Sa September 14โ€“15, wellness break ninyo ito: walang meetings, trainings, submissions, school activities, o iba pang official work. Gamitin natin ang dalawang araw para makapagpahinga, makabawi ng lakas, at makapag-recharge. Deserve ninyo โ€™yan. ๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿ“š MAGAY ES | MID-YEAR INSET 2026

The teaching force of Magay Elementary School actively participated in the Mid-Year In-Service Training (INSET) 2026 on September 10โ€“11 at Cabadiangan Integrated School.

Beyond learning new knowledge and strengthening our practices, INSET reminded us that great teachers never stop learning, growing, and becoming better for the learners they serve.

Every insight gained, every reflection shared, and every lesson learned brings us one step closer to better teaching and brighter futures. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ“š
We learn today, so our learners can thrive tomorrow. ๐Ÿ’š
