On October 22, 2025, officers from the Bachelor of Secondary Education program convened at Davao de Oro State College – Main Campus to discuss key roles and strategies for this year’s intramurals.

Spearheaded by the League of Secondary Educators, the session underscored the importance of teamwork and commitment in sustaining the department’s strong performance.

Moreover, the meeting aimed to strengthen coordination, finalize plans, and ensure that every preparation reflects unity and excellence.

As the competition draws closer, the officers remain hopeful for a victorious outcome, expressing their confidence with the bold declaration, “We are ready to defend the crown.”

With the wholehearted support of BSED students, the League of Secondary Educators organized a simple gathering to honor the esteemed faculty of the Bachelor of Secondary Education program in celebration of Teacher’s Day at DDOSC Main Campus.

The atmosphere was filled with joy as educators took a well-deserved respite from their noble mission of shaping future teachers.

More than just a celebration, the event strengthened the bond between educators and students, creating lasting memories and reaffirming the spirit of appreciation and unity within the BSED community.

Muling nagpakita ng husay at galing ang mga nagrepresenta sa BSED sa ginanap na Lakan at Lakambini sa Davao de Oro State College - Main Campus 2025, dala ang kanilang talento, talino, at dedikasyon.

Kinilala si Chris Diaz na nag-uwi ng parangal bilang 4th Runner Up – Lakan 2025, at si Realyn Dadofalza, na matagumpay na kinoronahan bilang Lakambini 2025.

Sa kanilang partisipasyon, hindi lamang nila pinatunayan ang kanilang kakayahan kundi ipinakita rin nila ang dangal at giting ng Teacher Education Department.

Ang kanilang tagumpay ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa kapwa kapa-TEDs na patuloy na magsikap at ipagmalaki ang kanilang talento sa anumang larangan.

The Teacher Education Department of Davao de Oro State College – Main Campus officially deployed its Field Students from the BSED English, Science, and Mathematics programs to their respective cooperating schools: Compostela National High School, San Miguel National High School, Diosdado National High School, Maparat National High School, and Gabi National High School on August 26, 2025.

They were warmly welcomed by the school heads and principals, who opened their doors and extended their guidance as the students begin their training in real classroom settings.

Moreover, field students were introduced to their cooperating teachers, who will not only guide them in their classroom duties but also mentor them as they take their first steps into the teaching profession.

With eagerness and joy, they expressed their excitement in taking this next step in their college journey, as their deployment marks the beginning of transforming classroom knowledge into practice and a step closer to becoming future educators.

The League of Secondary Educators extends its warmest birthday greetings to Claro A. Galo, our dedicated and spirited Public Information Officer, whose passion and commitment continue to bring energy and inspiration to the organization.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) program of DDOSC Main Campus spearheaded the Classroom-Based Action Research Webinar and Orientation on August 22, 2025, with the theme “Transforming Educational Directions through Classroom-Based Research for Future Teachers,” which aimed to strengthen the research competencies of fourth-year BSED students and prepare them to become reflective and innovative practitioners in the field.

Resource speakers from the TED faculty, Dr. Pedro P. Raymunde Jr., PhD, Director of the Academic Services Division and BSED Program Head, and Mr. Michael C. Morre, Jr., MAED, Faculty and IMD Focal, delivered lectures that provided valuable frameworks and practical insights, underscoring the importance of action research in advancing teaching practices and professional growth.
