Please follow the steps below:

2. Obtain the required signatures from the designated academic personnel.
3. Submit the accomplished form to the Registrar Services Unit.
4. Proceed to printing of your Class Schedule and Assessment (CSA) and assessment of accounts at the Cashiering Unit.

Hanggam, MPA, for successfully earning his Master of Public Administration, major in Public Policy and Program Administration (MPA–PPPA), from the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) – Mintal Campus, Davao City, during its Commencement Exercises held on June 26, 2026.
