Due to the effects of Typhoon KIYAPO and the latest PAGASA Weather Update indicating that Claveria, Cagayan is under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2, in-person classes from Junior High School to Senior High School are suspended today, July 24, 2026.

In accordance with the Department of Education's HINAY (Ease-In) Learning Continuity Framework, learning shall continue through appropriate and flexible learning activities. Students and parents are advised to monitor the official communication channels of their respective teachers for learning tasks and further instructions.

The safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and personnel remain our highest priority. Everyone is encouraged to stay indoors, remain vigilant, and continue monitoring official updates from PAGASA and the school.

𝐂𝐒𝐀𝐓 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠-𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲

Claveria School of Arts and Trades (CSAT) joined the nationwide simultaneous flag-raising ceremony in observance of the 10th anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award today, July 6.

The activity, conducted in compliance with a memorandum from the Department of Education (DepEd), formed part of the nationwide commemoration led by the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea to reaffirm the country's commitment to the rule of law, sovereignty, sovereign rights, jurisdiction, and lawful maritime entitlements.

Teachers, personnel, and learners participated in the ceremony by carrying Philippine flags as they gathered for the morning observance.

The commemoration also aimed to highlight the significance of the landmark 2016 Arbitral Award, which upheld the Philippines' maritime entitlements under international law.

All students are required to wear the complete prescribed school uniform and comply with the school’s dress code before entering the campus.

In line with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 (ESMLE Guidelines), Claveria School of Arts and Trades will implement mandatory bag inspections for all learners, personnel, and visitors starting Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

This measure aims to strengthen school safety and ensure a secure, orderly, and learner-friendly environment for everyone on campus.

We encourage everyone to cooperate with our security personnel by presenting their bags for inspection before entering the school premises.
