To qualify, you must:

Be a resident of Misamis Oriental
โ
Be a 4th-year regular college student in an eligible course
โ
Be a child/grandchild of an ARB or RSBSA-registered small farmer/fisher
โ
Have no conditional or failing grades and be in good academic standing
โ
Have a minimum 90% average OR be in the Top 10% of your SHS class
โ
Have an annual family income of โฑ300,000 or below
โ
Not be a recipient of another scholarship or financial assistance

LCDFI is currently reviewing the documentary requirements for the special application, particularly the:
โข Certified True Copy of Grades for Grades 11 and 12
โข Letter of Recommendation from the SHS Principal
โข Certificate of Good Moral Character from the SHS
๐ Until an official announcement is released, applicants are advised to follow the current requirements indicated in the Special Call for Applications.
๐ Limited scholarship slots are available for the replacement of terminated ILP scholars.
๐ฉ Interested and qualified students are encouraged to complete and submit their requirements before August 20, 2026.
