Clearance Advisory

All students are reminded to log-in to their e-Clearance accounts for verification and processing of their clearance requirements. Kindly bring your school ID or any valid ID during office transactions. Please be reminded to strictly follow the set schedule.

Note: Only students who are tagged in the e-Clearance are required to visit the specific offices where they have been tagged. If a student is not tagged in a particular office, there is no need to visit that office.

All students who are not enrolled in the current semester shall not be covered by the e-clearance system and are therefore required to undergo manual processing. These students must secure a hard copy of the clearance form from the Office of the University Registrar and coordinate with the concerned offices for the settlement of their accountabilities.
